The company 'Balsamic Fig Catering' commenced in 2011 and was the creation of Samuel Dance an experienced chef who's passion for food is apparent to all who meet him. Samuel had been involved in the catering industry for eight years and has worked in a variety of well known establishments ranging from wedding & conference venues to two rosette restaurants within the Surrey and Sussex area.
To date 'Balsamic Fig Catering' has organised and catered for a variety of events, such as Private dining, Wedding breakfasts, Birthdays and Christening buffets, Hog Roasts, BBQ's, Paella's and public events such as Festivals & Pre match catering. We are currently the resident catering suppliers at The Pavilion in Brockham, home of Dorking Rugby Club.
The aim of the company is to provide a bespoke service to every client, acknowledging that each event is different and must be tailored to the budget available. Our team set themselves very high standards to ensure that our clients wishes are met and even the smallest detail is not overlooked. All of the food we use to create our menu's are fresh and locally sourced. Our food is then prepared in our local kitchens which have been awarded a 5* star certificate in health & hygiene, by our fully qualified staff.
If you choose to use 'Balsamic Fig Catering' to organise your event, your first contact will be with one of our experienced event organisers to identify your needs and available budget. We will then meet with you to view the venue and decide on the type of menus/requirements that you would like. On the day of the event all food and equipment will be delivered and set up ready for when you guests arrive. If required our experience staff will be available to serve your guests throughout the event. Once completed we will clear away and leave you all to carry on enjoying your day.
